A Small group of ladies dedicated to HUMANITARIAN work

Established in 2017, humanKIND is an organization that consists of a small group of women whose goal is to create awareness and help others in need. Our focus is humanitarian work aimed at improving and enriching the lives of those going through a difficult time. Primarily, we work to empower women and children facing domestic abuse and/or homelessness, residing within local shelters in the Greater Toronto Area. We organize monthly programs for the clients to take part in as well as provide basic necessities throughout the year.

A CLOSER LOOK

As we look forward to many new adventures on the horizon, we can’t help thinking back as well.

During the time when Covid-19 posed numerous obstacles, it also reinforced the importance of staying committed to supporting women and children living in shelters either fleeing from abuse and/or facing homelessness.

Despite the challenges created by the pandemic, we found innovative ways to continue providing assistance and resources to those in need. These demanding times helped shape and mold who we are today; an organization that is more resilient, more dedicated, and more focused, because the need never stops.
